Returns & Refund Policy
This policy explains your rights and responsibilities when cancelling an online purchase, returning goods, or reporting products that are damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as agreed.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online and the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your order, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For a standard order of goods, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Different starting rules may apply where a single order is delivered in separate shipments or where goods consist of multiple lots or pieces.
You must communicate your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from an eligible purchase, send us a clear statement communicating your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Returning the Goods
After notifying us that you are withdrawing from an eligible order, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.
Please contact us before sending the return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return destination.
Unless EUBEAN has agreed to collect the goods or pay the return cost, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.
We recommend using an appropriately secure shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Condition of Returned Goods
The right of withdrawal allows you to inspect goods in a way that is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Where possible, returned products should therefore be sent back with their original packaging and accompanying materials.
The absence of original packaging does not by itself automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal, but unnecessary handling or damage may affect the amount refundable where permitted by law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
EU consumer law provides certain exceptions to the 14-day right of withdrawal. Depending on the nature and condition of the product, these may include:
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons where the relevant seal has been broken after delivery.
- Other categories of goods or services for which applicable law expressly excludes the right of withdrawal.
An exception will only be relied upon where its legal conditions actually apply to the relevant product and circumstances.
These withdrawal exceptions do not remove your rights where products are defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where you validly exercise the right of withdrawal, EUBEAN will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This generally includes the price paid for the returned goods and, where required, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
If you chose a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost does not generally have to be reimbursed.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.

Timing of Refunds
Refunds following a valid withdrawal will be made without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
For returned goods, EUBEAN may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your rights when goods are damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where relevant
- Product and batch information where available
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, price reduction, refund, or another legally available solution.

Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods exist separately from the 14-day withdrawal right and may continue after the withdrawal period has expired.
A change-of-mind return under the right of withdrawal and a claim concerning defective or non-conforming goods are legally different situations and may be subject to different rules.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Where you return goods under the statutory withdrawal right and are responsible for arranging the return, you should take reasonable care to package them appropriately for transport.
Where goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied or do not conform to the contract, return arrangements and reasonable associated costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Orders
Where an order benefited from a discount, promotional offer, bundle price, or other pricing condition, the value of any refund may take that original pricing structure into account.
This will not reduce any mandatory refund entitlement available under applicable consumer law.

Changes to This Policy
EUBEAN may update this Returns & Refund Policy where necessary to reflect changes in business practices, products, website operation, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page.
Updates do not retrospectively remove rights that already arose under an existing contract or applicable law.
