The online store is intended primarily for adult customers. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
04
Product Information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, preparation information, pricing and other material product information accurately.
Sea moss is a natural product and may show reasonable variation in colour, shape, texture or appearance between batches.
Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor differences may occur.
Mandatory product information provided on the packaging should always be reviewed before use.
05
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in that order at the price and on the terms presented during checkout.
Before submitting the order, you are responsible for checking that the products, quantities, delivery information and other order details are correct.
Submission of an order does not by itself guarantee that the order will be accepted.
06
Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
After you place an order, you may receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming that the order has been received.
The point at which the sales contract becomes binding will be communicated through the order process or order confirmation.
EUBEAN may decline an order before a binding contract has been formed where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- Product unavailability.
- An obvious pricing or product-information error.

- Suspected fraud or misuse.
- A delivery destination we cannot reasonably serve.
- A legal or regulatory restriction affecting supply.
If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be accepted, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Charges
Prices displayed on the website will be presented together with the applicable tax treatment and other mandatory charges as required by law.
Delivery charges and other additional costs applicable to the order will be shown before the order is submitted.
Prices may change from time to time, but a later price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, unless both parties lawfully agree otherwise.
08
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment service providers. Their systems may process payment information required to complete the transaction.
